Islami Sharia Organization,
An international platform for the propagation of Islam worldwide, managed by the organization. Maintaining the uniqueness of Islam in order to spread and revive the ideals and ideals of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) for the liberation of humanity. The main goal of this organization is to bring the correct interpretation of the Qur’an-Sunnah intact to the doorsteps of the people and to radically reform the Muslim society’s view on the rules of Islamic Shariah – the real solution to life’s problems. The name of this organization is “Islami Sharia“.
One of the agendas of this organization is to establish the only Qur’an-Sunnah as a standard and to implement the unique ideology of the Qur’an-Sunnah as the spokesperson of Islam and the Muslim Ummah in the international arena. A clear analysis of the Qur’an and Sunnah in a very easy and accurate way in the international arena, It would not be wrong to say that there is no pair of modern multimedia in the overall presentation of ideological presentation and solutions to life problems. That is why the Islamic Shariah Organization has been established as an international standard platform for the propagation of Islam. Islamic Sharia Organization consisting of multiple boards, board of directors (executive division), permanent members and authorities.
Therefore, in order to conduct all the activities of the Islamic Shariah Organization in a perfect manner, the authorities have formulated licensing and practical rules for the general readership. Which are a must for the general reader.
Rule-1 #
The Islamic Shariah Organization will be run according to the Quran and Sunnah. The Qur’an and the Sunnah are considered to be the foundation of all Islamic Shariah activities. A regular regular reader can veto any un-Islamic activity outside the Qur’an and Sunnah. However, in this case, a reader has to proceed through a certain process subject to certain conditions. Through which specific processes can be followed;

4 # Phone contact,
5 # hotline etc.
The terms of the complaint are as follows;
Condition-1 #
Complaints must be along with the authorities.
Condition-2 #
The subject matter has to be explained in great detail as to how much it conflicts with any section of the Qur’an and Sunnah and what its alternatives might be.
Condition-3 #
Lastly, after your name and address, you have to mention the name of the institution studying or working next to the degree.
Rule-2 #
Articles written by the Islami Shariah Organization in any language including Bengali, Arabic and English, presented video or audio discourse, any special article or commentary on the current context, a systematic discussion of any personal psychological thought Or any analysis of the ideas of a writer or philosopher, etc., which have not been presented in such a written or oral form anywhere else before, will be considered the copyright of the ‘Islami Shariah Organization’. Anyone, including readers, viewers and listeners, reserves the right to learn, research and even keep any content in their collection. But any content owned by the Islami Shariah Organization is not permitted to be presented in written or oral form, in interviews or discussions on any media platform, including social media, international media, print media and electronic media. If anyone does so, the authorities will be able to take appropriate action against him (person or organization).
Rule-3 #
Anyone can participate in the great work of propagating Islam by submitting writings, speeches, statements or reports, special features or research articles in any section of Islamic Shariah Multimedia through general registration, whether a member becomes a member or not. However, if any content submitted by someone is proved to be the property of another person or organization, that content will be considered as unacceptable and the authority will be completely free from liability in this regard.
Rule-4 #
Two things are important when it comes to accepting content that is owned by an organization or an individual.
Remarkable-1 #
The word “collected” should be clearly written at the end of the column or speech.
Remarkable-2 #
It will not have any restrictions or objections to the use of its content with reference (mentioning the name of the person or organization concerned) on behalf of the concerned owner.
Rule-5 #
If a reader or viewer is in any way deceived by a member of the Islamic Shariah Organization and the matter is proved, the authorities will be obliged to take appropriate action against that member. But the authorities are not obliged to pay any compensation to the person concerned in this regard. Therefore, it is the sole responsibility and duty of a reader or viewer not to respond to any call or temptation of any person without full verification of the authority or member identity. Even then, if any reader or viewer is in any way deceived by such an anonymous member, the authorities will try to address the matter appropriately. But the authorities will not have any responsibility in this regard.
Rule-6 #
When a regular reader or viewer comments on a column or video statement, he or she must make a constructive critique of the specific content of the relevant column or speech or avoid criticism. In the case of constructive criticism, a critic must adhere to the following rules.
Criticism Rule-1 #
Of course, clear quotations from the Qur’an and Sunnah must be given. In this case, quoting any waz or statement of a wise scholar is not enough.
Criticism Rule-2 #
In the case of self-criticism, the following connotations must be adhered to.
Annexure- # 1
No one’s religious feelings can be hurt.
Annexure- # 2
No one’s personality or character can be hurt.
Annexure- # 3
No one can be called a pimp of any political party or any non-Muslim nation.
Annexure – # 4
No one can be called a transgressor, infidel, polytheist, atheist, apostate or hypocrite.
Annexure – # 5
No one can be mocked.
Annexure- # 6
Partisanship, rivalry, violence, hostility and marginalization must be eliminated.
Annexure- # 7
Without understanding the continuity of someone’s column, discussion or analysis, the relevant column or discussion cannot be taken for or against any political party due to polarity. On the contrary, constructive criticism from above all parties is lacking for all.
Annexure- # 8
No political discussion can take place in the case of comments or comments.
Annexure- # 9
Must have a minimum honors or equivalent degree for negative comments or criticism.
Criticism Rule-3 #
It is not enough to quote the Qur’an and the Sunnah in case of disagreement, but to quote a clear verse or hadith in support of the interpretation of the relevant verse or hadith which is claimed to be applicable. For, comparing one scholar with another without the criteria of Qur’an and Sunnah is nothing but bias. And although the acceptance, erudition and skill of the quoted scholar is well known, in this case any one of the following alternatives may exist.
Option-1 #
The point may be that he (the critic) has failed to understand the context and essence of the scholar’s statement and that is normal.
Option-2 #
Just because a scholar is wise and omniscient does not mean that he is above all mistakes. No matter how wise a wise scholar may be, he is not above human virtues.
Option-3 #
The interpretation of the quoted scholar is also correct and the analysis of the concerned commentator is also correct. However, the decision of both applies in different contexts. So there is basically no conflict between the two interpretations.
Criticism Rule-4 #
If inconsistencies are observed in any of the content of the author or negotiator concerned, the critic must have a clear idea of the point of view of both himself and the negotiator. Criticizing all other doctrines in the light of the Qur’an and Sunnah for the sole purpose of criticizing them in favor of any one philosophy will bring misfortune and destruction to the nation.

Criticism Rule-3 #
This will apply to all critics who are not scholars. But has had the good fortune to stay in touch with Haqqani scholars.
Criticism Rule-4 #
Applicable to those individuals who have had the good fortune to become scholars.
Criticism Rule-3 # and 4 #
Applies to those individuals who have unknowingly confined the Qur’an and the Sunnah to the single point of view of a single scholar. But he never had the opportunity to read the original commentary of the Qur’an or Sunnah. Naturally, he could not decipher the essence of the Qur’an-Sunnah and had to be content with reading someone else’s translated Qur’an or Hadith. Which is a lot like knowledge left in the hands of others, which is of no use in times of need. And with so much knowledge, he is bursting with self-satisfaction.
Rule-7 #
According to the constitutional provisions of the Islami Shariah Organization, only the Shariah Council has the right to provide a proper practical interpretation of each of the laws mentioned. And the sole right to enforce and implement the relevant law will be reserved to the authorities. However, in the case of the executive branch, the decision of the authority in any case will be considered as the final decision.
